How do I get started with a Jazzy Fern app?

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, then create a free account using your email address. Follow the on-screen setup steps — most people are up and running in under two minutes.

How does the subscription work and what does it cost?

Jazzy Fern apps use a simple, low-cost subscription priced to be accessible for everyday budgets. There are no hidden fees and you can cancel at any time.

Subscriptions are billed through your App Store (Apple) or Google Play account, so your payment details are managed securely by Apple or Google — we never see your card information.

To manage or cancel your subscription:

  • iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Jazzy Fern
  • Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Jazzy Fern
I'm having trouble signing in to my account.

Try these steps in order:

  1. Check you're using the same email address you registered with.
  2. Use the Forgot password link on the login screen to reset your password.
  3. Check your spam folder for the reset email if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
  4. Make sure you have a working internet connection.

I'm not receiving notifications. What should I do?

On iPhone/iPad:

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications → Jazzy Fern and make sure notifications are allowed.
  2. Check that Focus or Do Not Disturb mode isn't blocking alerts.
  3. Inside the app, confirm that notifications are enabled in the app settings.

On Android:

  1. Go to Settings → Apps → Jazzy Fern → Notifications and enable them.
  2. Check that Battery Optimisation isn't preventing the app from running in the background.
My purchase isn't showing up — how do I restore it?

If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, your subscription should restore automatically when you sign in with the same account. If it doesn't:

  1. Open the app and go to Settings → Restore Purchases.
  2. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used when you first subscribed.
  3. Check your subscription is still active (see the subscription management steps above).

If you're still having trouble, email us with your account email address and we'll get it fixed.

How do I delete my account and my data?

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To do so:

  1. Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  2. Confirm your choice when prompted.

Alternatively, email support@jazzyfern.com with the subject line "Delete my account" and we will remove all your personal data within 30 days.

Please note: cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or data.
